How to fight Indians' fetish and bias towards fair skin...

Everyone is familiar with matrimonial advertising fair maidens looking for grooms and successful young men looking for fair brides...


One way of fighting this deeply carved skin color complex in our psyche is to have strict reverse reservations for fair skin candidates for all lowly perceived jobs and professions...let us try a few ideas:


All class IV jobs in government to be reserved for very fair people only.
All domestic servants have to be compulsorily fair skinned
All dark skinned street corner cobblers repairing shoes to be removed and replaced with fair skinned cobblers
All janitorial staff engaged in sanitary cleaning in all organizations to be very fair skinned.
All porters at railway stations and bus stations to be fair skinned
All males in all the above professions to be married to only very fair skinned women.


One can go on and on, but something drastic and earthshaking like the ideas above are needed to permanently remove the scars of history.


This is the only way Indians will have a practical chance of honestly believing that dark skinned women are in no way less beautiful than their pale cousins and dark skinned men are as good as their fair skinned counterparts...


As a bonus all caste and creed based reservations can be removed and replaced by a widespread and pervasive skin color based reverse reservation system in both the government and private sector....it will enable India to realize its true potential and thereby catapult India into the global big league in a few years while ensuring equity and equality of opportunity....
